The pendant shape is appropriate for the Trumpet Vine shade since the plant tends to droop downward naturally after spreading a short distance. This shade is dominated by clusters of large, showy, trumpet-shaped blossoms shown full faced toward the irregular lower border. Young clusters of green buds form at the blossom centers. This lamp is a reproduction of original Wisteria Tiffany lamps as shown in Dr. Neustadt's book "The Lamps of Tiffany". This tree limb filigree is made of cast brass. The preparation and use of cast brass filigree and cast brass vase caps is detailed in Stained Glass Crafting (below).
