A composite reproduct of an original Tiffany design as shown
in "The Lamps of Tiffany" by Dr. Egon Neustadt. Designed
to be homogenous in structure and color this lamp shade requires
the judicious combination of many pieces of glass to achieve
the quality of excellence unable to be achieved in any other
manner.
Antique Tiffany style lamps were construted of dense opalescent
stained glass that masks the light source and shows color by
reflected light when the light is turned off.
