For about 1,000 years, hops have been added to ber to give
it its pleasant and characteristic flavor and aroma. The lamp
design realistically preserves the essential ingredients in the
brewing of beer with the elegance of stained glass.
Exclusive filigree, included in the packet, simulates the
intricate detail of both the hop clusters and the stalks of grain.
This is an original design by Howard Worden.
The filigree is made of etched brass. The preparation and
use of brass filigree is detailed in Stained
Glass Crafting (below).
