Native to North America, the dogwood is perhaps the most sensational of all flowering trees in mid-spring. Capture their beauty as Tiffany did with this magnificent display of spectacular pink and white blossoms. You can see a breeze riffling the blossoms where a darker tone of pink, almost red at the out edges of the blossoms brings them to life. This shade is a composite reproduction of an original Tiffany lamp shade as featured in "Lamps of Tiffany" by Egon Neustadt. Antique Tiffany style lamps were constructed of dense opalsecent stained glass that masks the light source and shows color by reflected light when the light is turned off. SectionalForm Update: The completed glass sections
are fitted perfectly together by the use of solder loops as detailed
in Stained
Glass Crafting. |
