This flat panel form (10" wide) isused to make the sides
of pool table style lamps. Use the C20 form to build the rounded
ends. A total of 6 (3 on each end) panels are built on the C20
form. Make1 10" panel on each side for a 30" lamp;
2 10" panels for a 40" lamp. Currently 5 designs plus
a lamp designing grid are available for this form.
The Perfect Lamp Form
WordenSystem™ lamp forms are molded of 1 1/4" thick
expanded styrofoam plastic granules. This material is not heat
proof but it is heat resistant. You can tack solder and tin the
foil wrapped parts securely together on the form, the lamp is
then removed and soldering completed off the form. Molded styrofoam
lamp forms provide a near perfect method for assembling and designing
Tiffany style lamps.
